It's "Championship Sunday" across all the NBC networks on May 15, as they show all 10 of the English Premier League season finales simultaneously at 9am. It's a pity for them that few of those games have much significance beyond bragging rights, as most of the races at both the top and bottom of the standings have been settled. 5,000-to-1 underdog Leicester City wrapped up the league title a couple of weeks ago, North London rivals Tottenham and Arsenal have Champions League spots clinched, while Aston Villa, Norwich, and sentimental favorite Newcastle will be relegated to the second division next year. What's still at stake: Manchester City needs a draw to be sure of the fourth Champions League spot, while Manchester United, West Ham, and Southampton try to nail down spots in next year's Europa League... Elsewhere in Europe: Bayern Munich, Paris Saint-Germain, Juventus in Italy, and PSV in Holland, have clinched the titles in their respective countries. The only race still in the balance is in Spain, where Barcelona holds a one-point edge on archrival Real Madrid going into the last day.

After that, the European season is all over but the Cup Finals: next Wed., May 18, it'll be Liverpool-Sevilla in the Europa League final, at 1:30pm on Fox Sports and ESPN Deportes. The following weekend is the FA Cup and all the other national cup finals, followed by the European Champions League final Wed., May 28 in Milan... Then comes the off-season: a full nine days until the Euro 2016 championships kickoff in France.
