Gitcher greens (and more) at the South Austin Farmers Market. Every Saturday morning Tony Piccola and a small, dedicated group of organic farmers gather in the El Gallo parking lot to sell their lovingly cultivated produce. Some days there are flowers, on some other days you might find home canned jams, jellies, and pickles. But you'll always find the farmer who grew the vegetables and you can shake his hand. Open Saturdays, 8am-1pm in the parking lot. WIC/ Food stamps accepted.
