Protesters rally at the entrance to Texas Parks & Wildlife Headquarters in opposition to Energy Transfer Partners’ president and CEO Kelcy Warren’s position on the TPWD Commission. Energy Transfer Partners is responsible for the construction of the Dakota Access Pipeline in North Dakota and the planned Trans-Pecos Pipeline in West Texas.
