Over 35 drag, diva, deejay, and burlesque performers kept the audiences packed in across two stages all day at Austin Pride, Saturday, August 29 at Fiesta Gardens. According to Austin Gay and Lesbian Pride Foundation president Paul Huddleston, the festival numbers kept "constantly near capacity," 7,500 all day long. The group is still tallying receipts, but Huddleston estimates that over 10,000 enjoyed this year's fest.
