Pepper-Spray Video Goes Viral

Police are still investigating what exactly happened Downtown Saturday night when a late-night skirmish on Sixth Street devolved into a chaotic, police-heavy scene that, according to footage posted on YouTube that night, involved one mounted officer snatching an apparent cop-filming bystander's cell phone – whereupon another officer pepper sprayed that individual. APD hasn't yet released information about the officers involved in the incident, and almost surely won't until its investigation is complete. But the video, which was posted by an online gamer in town for the X Games, has since been viewed more than 300,000 times.
