+SB 15: Spends $15 million from the Smart Jobs Fund for "business location incentives" for Toyota plant in San Antonio

+SB 310: Requires homeowners insurance companies to tell the Dept. of Insurance how they calculate their premium rates

SB 330: Revises state law governing privacy of medical information to accord with federal law

SB 469: Alters the composition of the Comal County Juvenile Board

SB 510: Removes property tax exemption previously granted to travel trailers (aka "the Snowbird Exemption") from permanent-dwelling mobile homes (i.e., houses of people too poor to own travel trailers)

SB 519: Exempts prisoners or probationers from the privacy protections of medical information of other citizens (see SB 330)
