The Museum of Human Achievement

Springdale & Lyons, 262/880-6982
Tucked away in a secret corner of southeast Austin that was once home to all things “Blue” (Blue Genie Art Industries, a blue Goodwill, the Blue Theatre) is the Museum of Human Achievement, a 7,500-square-foot pier-and-beam warehouse with hardwood floors (it used to be a sex toy factory, they’d like you to know!). Now a multidisciplinary arts venue, the MoHA hosts studio space, gallery shows and immense immersive installations, film screenings, live theatre productions, and musical gigs ranging from hip-hop to the heavily experimental No Idea Festival to One Ounce Opera.
