An Eastside warehouse gussied up into a hip neighborhood event space, the old metal Quonset hut that once stored Tops Furniture now hosts weddings, corporate events, foodie meetups and – because two of the investors are Transmission Events honchos Graham Williams and James Moody – some incredible concerts. The raw space, resembling an empty airplane hangar and capable of holding over 1,000 people, was ground zero at the final Chaos in Tejas festival and hosted a madhouse SXSW appearance of Death Grips where a stage was constructed in the center of the building. Fair Market also has an expansive patio for outdoor festivities.
