Restauranteur-chef duo Adam Orman and Fiore Tedesco opened their second restaurant, Bambino, in March 2024. Bambino brings a "grown-up sensibility" to the spirit of the 1980s, following the pair's success with L'Oca d'Oro in Mueller.

Food truck serves an eclectic menu inspired by Hawaiian flavors, including kalua pork and cabbage in banana leaves, a teriyaki angus beef burger, and poke.
