The Austin Chronicle Summer Camp Guide: Submissions due January 22nd

Every spring, we compile a list of the best summer camps Austin has to offer. If you'd like your camp to be included, please use this form or send an email to summercamps at austinchronicle.com with "Summer Camp Guide" in the subject line. We cannot guarantee publication of any submission, but the sooner you submit your information, the better. Please include all of the following details, in the same order as you see here:

1. Name of camp
2. Location, including address. Include up to three addresses or state “multiple locations”
3. Publishable contact information (phone number and/or email)
4. Website
5. Detailed description of your program
6. Age range of campers (Not grade level, indicate ages 3-12, etc., as close as you can estimate)
7. Day camp or overnight camp? (If you offer both options, you may make a separate submission for each.)
8. Price range (to give families a general idea)
9. Scholarships/discounts offered? Yes or No
10. Aftercare offered? Yes or No.
11. Date range camp is offered, first to last (June 15-July 24, etc. – do not need to note breaks)
12. Large, high-resolution photos of your camp (optional)
If you want to send photos, you won't be able to do so through this form. You can send your images (and your submission info, if you like) directly to summercamps at austinchronicle.com.

Looking to see what your camp options are this year? Our Summer Camp Guide is live and will be updated regularly throughout the spring.
