• East Side King opens a third food trailer in the garden patio of Shangri-La (1016 E. Sixth) with a new menu featuring grilled, chopped sausages topped with Pan-Asian condiments in steamed buns. Starting Friday, July 1, 7pm-1:45am.

• Fall Creek Vineyards (www.fcv.com) hosts Burgers 'N Blues with fine wines, Bubba Burgers hot off the grill, and blues from Bill Reeves & Corporal Punishment. $16 per adult for burger plate and wine tasting, $8 for kids 10 and younger; make your reservations at 325/379-5361. • Cherrywood Coffeehouse (1400 E. 38½) celebrates Independence Day with Caribbean-inspired jerk barbecue and sides, cold draft beer, and holiday entertainment. Monday, July 4, 1pm until the barbecue runs out.
