Longtime Manor-area farmers David Pitre and Katie Kraemer of Tecolote Farm will host an on-farm training program about organic-vegetable production and marketing in conjunction with the Sustainable Food Center. The farm tour/training session will offer detailed, practical information about sustainable farming in Central Texas and hands-on learning experiences for both beginning and established farmers. Cost is $45 per person or $70 per couple; some full or partial fee waivers are available. Reservations required.
