The chefs will prepare dishes to complement Indian director Mira Nair's Monsoon Wedding, and diners will decide whose cuisine reigns supreme. Local chefs David Garrido and Jack Gilmore head up the list of top restaurants, vintners, and beverage distributors who will join forces to raise funds to end childhood hunger at Share Our Strength's annual Taste of the Nation Austin fundraiser at the Four Seasons (98 San Jacinto) in the coming week. Guests will enjoy an impressive selection of food and drinks in addition to the opportunity to bid on an eclectic collection of silent-auction items.
