Activities will include cooking demonstrations on everything from sushi to dumplings to barbecue and dim sum taught by local and international chefs; food- and wine-tasting events at Satay, Ventana, GrapeVine Market, and other restaurants and an Iron Chef-style cooking contest with teams of professional chefs supported by culinary students competing before a panel of local celebrity judges.
