Even though West Lake Hills limits business signs, hungry people have been finding their way to this cheerful family restaurant tucked into the corner of a shopping center for 19 years this month. The proprietors celebrate their anniversary every Valentine's Day, making sure their loyal clientele enjoys steak chimichurri ($12.95), cochinita pibil ($10.95), pollo en mole ($10.95), or pescado a la Veracruzana ($12.95) to the strains of strolling mariachis Los Romanceros.
