Dear Editor,
The city said they were keeping the pools open through October. I live in Montopolis where people go to the pool to cool down, not so much to recreate. However, the only pool that is open every day is off Burnet. So the rich white people get the only everyday pool opening, but the people in low-income areas just have to suffer on weekdays?
