Michael King’s "Point Austin" column on the Place 6 race for the 3rd Court of Appeals ["Disorder in the Court … of Appeals," News, Sept. 28] quoted part of my Misrule of Law blog post (describing respected constitutionalist Mike Toth as combining “the best qualities of Ollie North and Neil Gorsuch”) but failed to include my description of Gisela “Not Quite Drunk Enough for a DWI” Triana: She “combines the worst qualities of Rosemary Lehmberg and Sonia Sotomayor.” And you should have included the plainly loaded judge’s mug shot. But thanks for spelling my name correctly.
