Dear Editor,
Thank you Austin Chronicle, Michael King, Jordan Smith, and Amy Kamp for the continuing calls for some small amount of justice for Fran and Dan Keller ["Learning From Our Mistakes," News, March 11]. As King notes, this is an "unremoved stain on our local justice system." I don't know any of the people involved, but it seemed obvious from the beginning that this case was based on adult-driven hysteria pressed upon small children. No one can give back the years taken from the Kellers, but D.A. Rosemary Lehmberg can sign the order of exoneration that's been too long denied. If Lehmberg won't do it, let's hope Margaret Moore signs the order within five minutes of being sworn in come January.
