Kudos to Stubb's Manager

Dear Editor,
I would like to send kudos out to Ryan Garrett, the manager at Stubb's. We often hear complaints about crowds, high ticket prices, and general rudeness in our venues around town, so I wanted to commend Ryan for going above and beyond his "job" to make my sister comfortable on a recent visit to a late show.
I called him after we had already purchased tickets to the Wood Brothers indoor show on Dec. 5 to ask if they could accommodate my sister, Diana, who was coming in for the show and had recently had knee-replacement surgery. Ryan was extremely helpful. He let us in the venue early and provided a place for her to sit comfortably (we were there for hours).
What a class act! Many, many thanks to Ryan and the staff at Stubb's.
