Honor the Right Anne Wynn(e)

Dear Editor,
Had Mr. MacMillan Moser simply looked in the Human Rights Campaign Austin 2006 Gala materials at his table, he would have known that among the honored was Anne S. Wynne, not Anne Elizabeth Wynn [“After a Fashion,” Arts, March 24]. While Ms. Wynn is a fine citizen and has done much for Austin arts, Ms. Wynne was honored for starting Atticus Circle, "a safe place for straight people to come together and stand up for equality for every partner, parent and child."
And yes, Austin is incredibly lucky to have a cool mayor. I was honored to have Mayor Will Wynn as my guest at the HRC Gala.
