Clairo, Beabadoobee, Hello Yello

Claire Cottrill’s early SoundCloud recordings and 2018’s Diary 001 EP veered toward lo-fi bedroom pop. If her inclusion on pop superstar Charli XCX’s track “February 2017” wasn’t a sign, her studio debut, Immunity, removes the Massachusetts-born artist from that genre entirely.
