Chingona Fest w/ La Misa Negra, Bidi Bidi Banda, Tiarra Girls, Mariachi las Coronelas, DJ Gracie Chavez, DJ Canela ConSafos

Launched last year by Travis County Assistant D.A. Denise Hernandez, Chingona Fest begins Friday at Studio ATX with networking event Poderosa Pláticas. Saturday then stacks Austin Music Award winners the Tiarra Girls, Oakland cumbia and Afro-Latin firecrackers La Misa Negra, and ATX Selena tribute Bidi Bidi Banda. Mariachis, DJs, and vendors accompany. The afterparty follows at Native Hostel, 10pm. – Christina Garcia
