La Tarea Prohibida (Forbidden Homework)

1992, NR, 77 min. Directed by Jaime Humberto Hermosillo. Starring Maria Rojo, Esteban Soberanes.

REVIEWED By Marjorie Baumgarten, Mon., March 25, 2002

Expanding on his previous film La Tarea, Hermosillo again uses the structure of a student completing an assignment for a film class, in which the rehearsal of a sex scene leads to an actual sex scene, which, in turn, reveals other interpersonal complexities.
