This is a rare opportunity to see on the screen this controversial documentary, co-directed by Todd Phillips who later went on to direct Road Trip. The film, which offers an inside look at hazing rituals and general frat-pack mentality, won the jury award at Sundance in 1998 and was supposed to air on HBO. But threatened lawsuits and questions regarding the filmmakers’ complicity in concocting this harrowing documentary, have kept it off TV and in the hands of bootleggers. This sanctioned screening with Phillips in attendance is a chance to find out the real poop. Co-director Todd Phillips will be present following the screening for a Q&A.
