A Troll in Central Park

1994, G, 76 min. Directed by Don Bluth, Gary Goldman. Starring Dom DeLuise, Cloris Leachman, Phillip Glasser, Tawney Sunshine Glover.

REVIEWED By Marjorie Baumgarten, Fri., Dec. 30, 1994

Most of the folks I know who troll Central Park are not doing the kinds of things that can be depicted in an animated kiddie picture. Don Bluth is one of the mainstays of animation these days (An American Tail, All Dogs Go to Heaven, Thumbelina), but this directly into the second-run theatres is a very bad omen.
