Ballet Sculpt/Stretch: Virtual Livestream Fitness Class

This ballet-based fitness class is a full-body workout combining ballet exercises and stretches. Be prepared to work on body alignment, toning, turn-out, and flexibility. By using positioning and gravity, this class will help teach how to properly engage your muscles in an actual ballet class. All skill levels welcome.
