‘Freshness Is Essential’

This summer jam is brought to you by Julia Child

Mad beats, y'all.
Mad beats, y'all.

Today would have been the 100th birthday of Julia Child, that beloved doyenne of “you can cook, too!” TV. To honor the occasion, PBS Digital Studios contracted melodysheep to remix highlights from her show The French Chef. It is awful and awesome and I can’t look away.

All together now: Bring on the roasted potatoes!
