Mo' Music Monday: February 23
Disrespecting artistry one act at a time
By Rob Cohen, 6:30PM, Mon. Feb. 23, 2015
Run up on stage and listen to these new tunes.
"Living for Love" Madonna
Screw the ageism, sexism, and every other ism thats been thrown at Grandmadonna. She's still Ga-Ga-got it, though her performance at the Grannies was Britney clumsy. Check out her Ga-ga-gospel love fest from Rebel Heart.
"Huarache Lights" Hot Chip
This group always gave me the impression of a group of wallflowers turned DJs. The nerds take over the party again with oomph and eep-opp-ork-ah-ah.
"What Kind of Man" Florence + the Machine
I still don't get what the big deal is. Her pompous pop needs more devils in the details. Adele needs to come back and crush her.
I had too many of this fabulous fruit in honor of our founding fathers.
