The Good
The U.S. Conference of Mayors renewed its commitment to marriage equality with a resolution sponsored in part by the mayors of Houston and San Antonio.
Austin Central Presbyterian takes a stand in support of the denomination’s new pro-marriage stance.
Beaumont has pulled off its first Pride.
The National Cathedral hosted a lovely LGBTQ-affirming Episcopal mass on Sunday.

The Bad
The New York State Senate has blocked two bills, one to prevent discrimination, the other to stop ‘ex-gay’ quack therapy (which, even if it worked, wouldn’t even make sense).
It’s tough times right now for the LGBTQ community in Ukraine, but at least our congressional staffers are listening.
Fort Myers, Florida is struggling to cope with the senseless and brutal murder of a much-loved trans woman.
