ENDA gets a chance, Hawaii gets the wedding ball going, and Baylor gets it all backwards, as your AggreGAYtor discovers the true terror of Chloe.

The Good

Texas’ marriage ban has a fresh judicial challenge.

The Kickstarter campaign for Before You Know It ends at midnight.

The U.S. Senate will likely vote on ENDA by Thanksgiving. We’ll all try not to get fired for being queer in the meantime.

Hawaii will likely beat Illinois to be lucky marriage state number 15.

Vladimir Putin says he is totally OK with gays visiting Sochi for the Olympics. No homo!

Philadelphia just got a whole lot more gay-friendly.

Margaret Cho’s new stand-up show Mother, which recently toured Austin, has a queer twist (natch).

The Bad

Baylor is reaching out to queer students by rewording its policy toward “homosexuality” to address “deviant sexual behavior.” Because that’s progress.

The Meh

Lady Gaga got naked at G-A-Y nightclub in London, presumably in protest of a certain shade of purple paint.

The Fugly

Chris Brown’s fists are back in the news, this time with an anti-gay twist.

A Florida Atlantic University student was denied a loaner laptop on account of insufficient masculinity.
