Barack and Donnie, K-i-s-s-i-n (His Queer Vote Goodbye)

Obama lost Getty's vote.

He's always talking about the gays, presidential hopeful Barack Obama says. If one candidate was saying the "Q" word (and not in that hushed whisper my mother used to use), and saying it out loud, out proud, it would be him, he claims. This man of so many words. Beautiful words, even. Hopeful-pulpit-could-he-change-this-world-type words. That man can speak. My mother said she cried at a rally, he was so moving.

But the words "Yes I will take this man, this despicable Donnie McClurkin from my lineup, and my association, because yes, Donnie spouts hateful homophobia while doing a Larry Craig soft-shoe of his own." Obama never uttered these words.

What's he do instead? Instead, our long-winded long neck tacks a gay minister on the lineup, and calls it even.

Wow. I need a shower.

Keeping this man on his Southern Gospel tour (a guy who makes his living having gay relapses while convincing gay people that God can make them straight), this fugginguy! He's gonna choose this guy over the queers? Ouch, Obama. Guess he doesn't think he can win if he doesn't fan the finicky flames (not that kind of flames) of the black homophobic churchy vote ... and he's definitely not gonna put the gays before that demographic to even try to find out. No matter how many times he says the word homosexual in ghost-written speeches.

Well. He definitely lost my vote.

Uck. Maybe this will makez me feel betters.
