Life Changing!

Dear Austinites and Supporters,

I am regret to say that... hmm that not a good way to ever start off a sentence. Well  Saturday I was early but late, but pumped.  What does that actually mean?  Well I arrived at the park at 6am (still dark) and figured hey I got a good parking spot and yea.  I went to sleep, but I set my six alarms on my cell. Yea I slept to that waking up by the internal clock at 8:22am. I popped up and notice they were just finishing warm-ups.  Which is okay for me since my shoes.  Hmm, yea my shoes, we need to talk about those.

Saw Patrick and he informed me of what my legs need to do as the rest of my body is waking up!  I am actually starting to get pumped up about my challenge and goals. I thought I would never say that!  So I haven't started to run yet but faster walking I am doing. On a tread mil  I think I'm going like 2.5 mph! I have started doing stairs at work now on Thursday and Friday's! Still drinking water and tea.  Drinking water and tea is really hard and its a challenge when going grocery section as I scroll the soda and wine areas.  One diet that seem to work a while back was at North Austin Health Center (on Mopac) was a H.M.R (Health Management  Resource) I lost my first 60 pounds there a year and half ago there.  The only thing is the meal plan went from $400 to $600-700 a month., some people started taking out loans, 2nd mortgages, or even 2nd jobs.  Yea,  I was working already and had to stop wasting my money.  But did it work?  Well yes, and hit hard.  I went through 2 family reunions, 1 picnic, and many going out with my ex and friends at local restaurants, and only eating this cardboard meal as I smelled the riches and flavors of different foods.  Very hard not to cheat, but lets see I spent well over $3k for 60 pounds (yea please don't do the math)

So I was able to keep that off, Yea back to Saturday.  I did a power walk my 2.0mph and either my body is getting used to walking or I am not drinking enough water.  But my shirt was half drenched. So I am impressed that I completed, but funny.  Now I am missing my crunch's, stomach jumping in the air and lunges. So after finishing I went home showered, and visit a team mate Liz at work. I went over to Jason's Deli, and had two plates of salad bar  and two refills of  tea, and treated myself to a .25 filled ice cream cone. after leaving there I went driving to my favorite rest spot Emma Long Park sat there enjoying the nice weather read some magazines and took some photos (oh yea a small nap)

After leaving Emma Long Park and that wonderful drive,  Went home to play some Xbox 360 (need for speed)   then for Dinner I went back to Jason's deli, Had two more salads and Ice tea.  Was invited to go to a Heavy Metal bad in San Marcos.  I am in to trying new things So I went.  Well I had went to the rest room and before coming out the door started shaking, and this noise was on the other side that could minimize the past times I have raised my sound in my car with the windows down.  I was thinking what am I doing here this Music like its loud and I am in a enclosed space.  I could feel the guy screaming in my chest. I came out and  it was like my car stereo on drugs. Every time they stopped my body would just rock.  Did I enjoy myself, He** yea. (sorry i don't curse that much, too much soap in the past) I would go back again, and with ear plugs next time.  The Band is LUG They are great!!

Well After typing all this I am just saying it is good to experience Life and try new things, Now that I am changing my body my life style is changing as well. I like the direction its going!  As I continue to change my body my life is changing. After my past 13 year dating relationship, I am finding who I am and what I want in life and if things did not happen I would not have discovered this great training team and the possible goals that I have set for myself.  There is more to life than being a robot, and I am here to discover the world, or even just Austin. 332.67

Well write less later this week!
