Capitol Thaw
The long-awaited repairs to the Texas Legislature begin this week. Everyone knew that the dome needed repairs (see video of the damage here) but now the House ceiling needs a quick touch-up. The Senate, it seems, has been saved from renovation, possibly because someone likes to crank the AC up.
