Tovo Leads in Early Voting
1,350 vote Tovo lead in early totals

Early voting numbers are in, and Place 3 incumbent Randi Shade is trailing challenger Kathie Tovo by 9%, or 1,350 votes - not exactly an insurmountable lead meaning no run-off, but clearly a blow to the well-funded Place 3 council member.
Incumbents Chris Riley and Laura Morrison maintain unsurprising, strong leads. Totals below.
Place 1:
Chris Riley: 8,819, 64.04%
Roger Chan: 3,412 24.78%
Josiah Ingalls: 1,008, 7.32%
Norman Jacobson: 532, 3.86%
Place 3:
Randi Shade: 4,881, 33.94%
Kathie Tovo: 6,230, 43.32%
Max Nofziger: 2,211, 15.38%
Kris Bailey: 1,058, 7.36%
Place 4:
Laura Morrison: 9,579, 70.36%
Eric Rangel: 2,852, 20.95%
Toby Ryan: 1,183, 8.69%
