The Totescast just flew in, and boy are its arms tired! (Ba-dum-dum-crash!)
First up on the agenda: action at City Council this week, including Wednesday's financial forecast, and Thursday's taxi franchise renewals, and proposals to rename a tiny plot of parkland just south of City Hall. The Totescast is partial to Grackle Oaks.
Next up: wheels within wheels at the city's scrap tire program, namely a dubious $40,000 "loan" made by recently dismissed Fleet Services manager Bill Janousek to Vic's Tire Service proprietor Victor Almaguer. Lastly, an update on the arbitration hearing of outed Internal Affairs cop Chris Dunn. As always, Jordan Smith and Wells Dunbar are your totally awesome hosts.
