We visited a model community, somewhat like Mueller, of 750 new "green" homes that consume little energy. The Danes were proud of Stenlose South, but we left scratching our heads. The housing was horribly bleak and minimalist, the development lacking in charm, the location out in the sprawling suburbs. Not everything is better in Copenhagen.
