Council Resolutions hanging from the rafters – now why haven't we ever thought of that for creative party decorations? The staff of Laura Morrison went wild with resolutions, when they threw the frosh council member a one-year anniversary surprise party yesterday.
BTW: In her comments on Monday thanking outgoing Mayor Will Wynn, Morrison thanked him for the "fairness and integrity that you bring to this democratic process." She said she hadn't fully appreciated those character strengths as a private citizen, but that you "See it much more clearly sitting on this side of the dais." Goes for a lot of things, we bet.
