Rep. Ed Kuempel, R-Seguin, who had a heart attack in the Capitol in mid-May, was back in the building for the session's final day, thanking his colleagues and well-wishers. "The power of prayer is great" he said as he crossed over from the House to say hello to the Senate. Kuempel has been recovering at Brackenridge Hospital.
