Oops: In our otherwise impeccable and hilarious Beside the Point: Top 10 council highlights, an editing error changed former city Council Member Raul Alvarez's name to Ramon Alvarez (though, to whomever's credit, Ramon Alvarez is an oft-quoted Texas air-quality expert.) The Chronicle deeply regrets the error.
