The new Romanouskas Delicatessen trailer is ready to go, complete with artwork by Kenneth Holland and a menu designed by Tom Micklethwait and Bobby Lovelett after extensive research at delis in New York City. The new trailer will become part of the Craft Meats stable as soon as they sign a lease on the perfect location.

Lovelett says the new trailer will offer four or five good sandwiches made with house-cured meats such as pastrami, corned beef, smoked strip loin, and smoked chicken on house-made rye bread, Kaiser rolls, or toasted brioche. They'll start with a limited menu when the trailer opens in early June and then branch out into other items, including dessert, as business grows.

Meanwhile, look for Micklethwait Craft Meats (1309 Rosewood Ave.) to begin giving away local craft beers on Wednesdays, starting at 11am on May 13 during Craft Beer Week.
