The Noble Sandwich Company (4805 Burnet Rd.) is finally here. This week's debut of the eagerly-anticipated sandwich shop, deli, and charcuterie is being met with enthusiasm by midtown neighbors.

It's no longer necessary for those of use who live in the central city to pack an overnight bag and drive to the outskirts of Cedar Park for the exemplary scratch cooking of chefs John Bates and Brandon Martinez. The new spot will offer breakfast and lunch from an expanded menu; look for breakfast items such as waffles, grits, and eggs to pair with their excellent cured meats, plus six new sandwiches, some salad wraps, and gluten-free options. Long-term plans call for the addition of a beer and wine license and the offering of special pairing dinners.
