We feature two sales this week, one heavy on jewelry, and the other has something for every room in the house.

Living Estate Sale in Legend Oaks
This is a unique opportunity to see some beautiful oriental treasures from Japan, China etc. Some of the furniture includes an unusual drop-front secretary with a double serpentine front, unique laquer furniture some with stone inlay, drop-leaf table; beautiful mahogany bookcase; oriental brass embellished dresser with mirror; three sofas; oak entertainment center that will accommodate a 57" flat screen TV. Beautiful laquer tables and chests; lots of small occasional tables. Some of the more unusual collectable pieces are Cloisonné, Champleve, and assorted jade. Carnelian, quartz and glass Bonsai trees. Blue and white collections; two original Louis Icart etchings with seal of authenticity; fine porcelain collectables; original art; silk tapestries. Four china sets and cut crystal and lead crystal; fine crystal by Waterford, Tiffany and Bacarrat; American Brilliant cut crystal; an abundance of silver serving pieces and hollow ware including a sterling silver tea set. Sterling candle holders, collectors spoons. Mrs. Alt was also a model, and offered here are some great furs hats, mums, coats, and purses. Some of the designer purses offered are by such names as Vuitton, Coach, Gucci, Judith Leiber, Michael Kors, Dooney and Burke, Chanel, and others. Jewelry and Kitsch in Pemberton Heights
This is a small but choice estate. Furniture includes an Art Nouveau-style display cabinet, a grey velvet tufted sofa from Anthropologie, wing back chairs, bamboo table, inlaid tables, inlaid chests, lamps, a secretary, and an armoire. Two beds, one is a four-post/tester bed. There is silver; china, including Spode Woodland and crystal, art and Sabino. Blue and white vases and ginger jars and oriental items. Included are several antique country kitchen items. Many linens including Bella Notte bed linens, table linens, and draperies. Books include leatherbound books, Texana, Harvard Classics, Britannica Great Books, Joan Miro Litografo I-III, and books on Yogis and TM. There are several styles of furs. Nice ladies clothing in small and medium sizes and size-8 shoes. Nice scarves and antique hats. Rugs include a large leopard spotted rug, zebra painted cow skin rug and several oriental carpets. There is outdoor furniture and pots. There is some very fine estate jewelry including a matching sapphire ring and bracelet, a diamond dinner ring, a diamond and ruby ring, diamond and gold bracelets and a Tiffany watch. There are two other nice ladies watches.There are also several pieces of David Yurman and costume jewelry. Many loose stones of all kinds. The fully equipped kitchen includes a Rancilio Espresso Machine, Breville Toaster and Juice Fountain and Cutco knives.
