Paging through the Texas Book Festival

The 16th annual Texas Book Festival runs Oct. 22-23 on and around the Texas Capitol grounds (11th Street and Congress Avenue). All sessions are free and open to the public; arrive early to ensure seating. This year the festival debuts a new Saturday night block of programming called Lit Crawl, situated at various locales (many of them very fine drinking holes) on and around East Sixth Street. For the full festival lineup, visit www.texasbookfestival.org. And we've got reams more coverage of 2011 Texas Book Festival authors over at austinchronicle.com/texas-book-festival.
